In these uncertain times, STICKERHAUZ is focused on taking care of our people and being of service to our awesome customers! The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes: to how we can operate, to focus on the safety. We pay special attention to our stock updates and orders dispatch timeframe.
All orders have been processed and shipped during 48-72 hours as usual.
Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that Post Offices all over the world are experiencing delays in scanning and processing of some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend waiting patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Shipping Confirmation message (text or email). Despite the above-mentioned, shipping time to all directions increased greatly. Local post officers have assured us that estimated shipping time may be longer than one month worldwide and 3-4 weeks to EU countries. We have already faced with shipments without tracking updates for three weeks and more.
Please take this information seriously considering the estimated time of finishing for your motorcycle project.
Updated tracking information will be provided by your local Post Office: tracking information will be available after the package arrives at the destination country Post Sorting Facility. Due to global shipping delays, information may appear within 4 and even more weeks after the package is shipped.
Some countries, like Canada and Australia, do not provide online tracking information for our packets shipped by Lithuania Post. Please be patient while your order is arriving.
If you are short in time with your project, please pay special attention that you may pick FedEx Express shipping. They promise to deliver the order within 3-5 workdays worldwide.
